Triển Khai Bảo Vệ Nhà Máy Luxshare - ICT (Việt Nam)
Công ty TNHH Luxshare - ICT ( Việt Nam ) là Công ty con của Tập đoàn Luxshare - ICT Precision , 1 trong 6 tập đoàn sản xuất linh kiện điện tử hàng đầu Trung Quốc Tập đoàn LuxShare ICT triển khai tại Bắc Giang dự án đầu tư sản xuất linh kiện điện tử trên diện tích 14ha và số vốn đầu tư 100 triệu USD . Sản phẩm chủ yếu của nhà máy Luxshare ict Việt Nam là dây cáp và đầu nối cho BC ( máy vi tính , viễn thông và thiết bị điện tử tiêu dùng dây cáp cho xe hơi và cho y tế . Luxshare - ICT là công ty công nghệ cao, chuyên sản xuất linh kiện cung cấp cho các nhãn hàng điện thoại lớn như Apple và Samsung Lenovo, Sony, Asus Huawei.
Hầu hết các công ty sản xuất về linh kiện điện tử đều đòi hỏi quy trình bảo vệ chuyên nghiệp, khắt khe, đặc biệt là vấn đề bảo mật thông tin cũng như kiểm soát được các vấn đề về tài sản và con người (người lao động)
Với quy mô nhà máy lên đến 12,000 cán bộ công nhân viên, đòi hỏi lực lượng bảo vệ cho nhà máy phải trẻ, năng động và chuyên nghiệp.
Sau quá trình làm việc với ban giám đốc nhà máy, công ty bảo vệ BSK Việt Nam đã vượt qua các đối thủ cạnh tranh khác, dành được sự tín nhiệm của khách hàng. Ngày 21/03/2022 chính thức triển khai dịch vụ bảo vệ tại nhà máy công ty Luxshare ict tại khu công nghiệp Quang Châu, Huyện Việt Yên, Tỉnh Bắc Giang.

Làm Thế Nào Để Bảo Vệ Tốt Nhà Máy Luxshare ?
Cung cấp nhân sự bảo vệ chuyên nghiệp
Để làm tốt vai trò của một công ty dịch vụ bảo vệ chuyên nghiệp thì việc bảo vệ an ninh, an toàn về người và tài sản của nhà máy cũng như duy trì sự ổn định bình thường cho công ty là trách nhiệm của chúng tôi. Để làm được điều này thì chúng tôi cần đưa ra được những nhân viên bảo vệ đã được đào tạo, cấp chứng chỉ nghiệp vụ. Bên cạnh đó việc đưa ra Phương Án Bảo Vệ An Ninh tốt, khép kín là một phần quan trọng để hoàn thành tốt nhiệm vụ là đảm bảo an ninh và duy trì sự vận hành cho toàn bộ nhà máy, giúp cho đội ngũ bảo vệ kiểm soát tốt được người và phương tiện ra vào nhà máy cũng như kiểm soát tốt được hàng hóa xuất/nhập khi đi qua cổng nhà máy.
Công cụ hỗ trợ cho bảo vệ
Để làm tốt được nhiệm vụ là bảo vệ cho nhà máy thì không thể thiếu được hệ thống các công cụ hỗ trợ, tùy vào yêu cầu công việc thì công ty bảo vệ sẽ cung cấp những công cụ hỗ trợ phù hợp với tính chất công việc. Bao gồm

Đào tạo và tái đào tạo
Nhằm duy trì và nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ thì việc đưa ra kế hoạch đào tạo thường niên và tái đào tạo cho những nhân viên yếu kém là bí quyết giúp công ty chúng tôi luôn đạt được sự chuyên nghiệp và tạo được sự uy tín, niềm tin của khách hàng. Để làm được điều này thì chúng tôi đưa ra kế hoạch đào tạo theo tháng, quý và đối với những nhân viên bảo vệ không đạt yêu cầu sát hạch sẽ được đưa về phòng đào tạo công ty để tái đào tạo nghiệp vụ bảo vệ nhà máy.
Đội trưởng
Đối với bất cứ mục tiêu nào, dù là bảo vệ nhà máy hay bảo vệ công trường, bảo vệ khu đô thị, bảo vệ khu công ngiệp,... thì đều cần có 01 đội trưởng giỏi về nghiệp vụ, có khả năng kết nối giữa các thành viên, truyền đạt, xử lý tình huống và là người đại diện công ty dịch vụ bảo vệ làm việc với khách hàng trong công việc hàng ngày, là người truyền tải thông tin 2 chiều giữa công ty bảo vệ và khách hàng. Một đội trưởng giỏi sẽ giúp tạo ra một đội ngũ nhân viên gắn kết, có sức chiến đấu cao, giúp cho việc hỗ trợ khách hàng và chăm sóc khách hàng tốt nhất, và là nhân tố không thể thiếu trong việc duy trì và kéo dài thời hạn của hợp đồng
Đội bảo vệ cơ động
Đối với các khác hàng, việc phòng ngừa các tình huống không mong muốn xảy ra và xử lý tốt các tình huống đó nhằm đảm bảo an toàn cho mục tiêu là nỗi lo của khách hàng. Để giải quyết những lo lắng đó của khách hàng thì BSK đã thành lập đội bảo vệ cơ động với 2 mục đích chính như sau
- Thay thế cho các nhân viên bảo vệ nghỉ việc
- Hỗ trợ mục tiêu khi có tình huống xảy ra như biểu tình, gây rối,..
Đội thanh tra
Việc duy trì nội quy, quy định của công ty bảo vệ cũng như công ty chủ quản, thì không thể thiếu được cơ chế giám sát chặt chẽ. bảo vệ BSK thành lập đội thanh tra nhằm đưa ra cơ chế giám sát và duy trì nội quy, quy định đó. Trong quá trình đi thanh kiểm tra các mục tiêu, công ty bảo vệ sẽ nắm được tình hình hoạt động của các mục tiêu với chất lượng ra sao thông qua các báo cáo và biên bản xử lý vi phạm qua đó phòng ngiệp vụ đưa ra phương án giải quyết.
