Đặc điểm của hoạt động bảo vệ chuyên nghiệp tại công ty dịch vụ bảo vệ BSK Việt Nam (BVCN).
Hoạt động BVCN là hoạt động của 1 hệ thống bao gồm tập thể các chức danh quản lý và nhân viên bảo vệ được tổ chức theo những quy định nghiêm ngặt nhằm giữ gìn an ninh trật tự cho đối tượng được bảo vệ.
Hoạt động BVCN là hoạt động của những người được tuyển chọn kỹ và đào tạo chuyên sâu, có nghiệp vụ cao.
Khác với các hình thức bảo vệ trước đây, BVCN là công việc của những nhân viên được tuyển dụng theo những tiêu chuẩn về sức khỏe, lý lịch và trình độ văn hóa. Người trở thành nhân viên BVCN phải hội đủ những tiêu chuẩn như: không dị tật, không bị bệnh kinh niên, bản thân không tiền án, tiền sự, phải có trình độ tối thiểu về văn hóa (tốt nghiệp cấp II), và những hiểu biết xã hội để tiếp thu trong quá trình đào tạo và hoạt động nghề nghiệp. Sau khi được tuyển chọn, nhân viên BVCN được huấn luyện qua các khóa đào tạo chuyên sâu cả về nghiệp vụ bảo vệ trong đó coi trọng các kỹ năng bảo vệ như giải quyết các tình huống khẩn cấp, PCCC, sơ cứu thương và các kỹ năng tự vệ, pháp luật …
Hoạt động BVCN có đặc điểm nổi bật là tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt pháp luật hiện hành của Việt Nam, tuân thủ những quy định của pháp nhân sử dụng dịch vụ BVCN. Bản thân Công ty dịch vụ bảo vệ BSK Việt Nam là 1 pháp nhân hoạt động theo các quy định của pháp luật để bảo vệ an ninh trật tự, an toàn về tính mạng và tài sản của đơn vị chủ quản tại các mục tiêu bảo vệ.
Các chức danh quản lý và nhân viên BVCN phải hành động theo các quy định của pháp luật, hành xử trong khuôn khổ đạo đức xã hội cho phép, không được có những hành vi vi phạm đến tài sản và quyền lợi chính đáng của công dân Việt Nam cũng như những công dân nước ngoài sống trên lãnh thổ Việt Nam.
Hoạt động BVCN luôn thích ứng với mọi tình huống phức tạp bằng chất lượng nghiệp vụ cao.
Hoạt động BVCN là hoạt động có đối tượng bảo vệ đa dạng diễn ra trong môi trường kinh tế – xã hội luôn thay đổi do những sự cố thường xảy ra. Đa số những sự cố được dự báo và lượng định trước, song trong quá trình hoạt động vẫn có những sự cố ngoài dự tính. Trong hoàn cảnh đó, người bảo vệ, ca trực bảo vệ hoặc tập thể cả mục tiêu phải nhanh nhạy, sáng tạo để giải quyết sự cố, đảm bảo an toàn cho mục tiêu theo yêu cầu của chủ quản. Sự sáng tạo về trí tuệ và lòng dũng cảm cũng như sự hợp tác thống nhất của các nhân viên bảo vệ dưới sự chỉ huy của Trưởng ca, Tổ trưởng mục tiêu khi khắc phục những tình huống ngoài dự kiến gọi là sự thích ứng nghiệp vụ – một trong những yếu tố làm nên sự chuyên nghiệp, sự vượt trội của hoạt động bảo vệ chuyên nghiệp so với các loại hình bảo vệ tự phát khác.
Hoạt động BVCN mang tính nhân đạo cao
Mục đích của hoạt động bảo vệ chuyên nghiệp là giữ cho mục tiêu yên ổn, coi trọng mạng sống của con người, giữ gìn tài sản cho đơn vị chủ quản, chống lại mọi điều ác, phản nhân tính, vun đắp cho sự sống, sự bình yên, ngăn cản sự tàn phá , rối loạn.
Trong thực tế đã có nhiều tấm gương hy sinh dũng cảm hoặc làm việc quên mình của nhân viên bảo vệ chuyên nghiệp trong lúc giải quyết sự cố như: chữa cháy, cứu người bị nạn mà xã hội ghi ơn và khâm phục. Thực tế đó là ý nghĩa xã hội – nhân đạo của hoạt động bảo vệ chuyên nghiệp mà những người làm nghề bảo vệ phải tự hào vì đã góp sức vào quá trình mang lại hạnh phúc cho con người.
