Tòa nhà là gì?
Tòa nhà thường là những công trình phục vụ cho việc kinh doanh, thương mại như siêu thị, trung tâm thương mại, văn phòng cho thuê. Các tòa nhà phục vụ nhiều nhu cầu và mục đích khách nhau nhưng chủ yếu là nơi làm việc, trưng bày trao đổi hàng hóa…
Sự cần thiết của dịch vụ bảo vệ tòa nhà
Ở các thành phố lớn đặc biệt tại Hà Nội, TP Hồ Chí Minh,... các tòa nhà, cao ốc được xây dựng với tốc độ rất nhanh để đáp ứng nhu cầu xã hội như buôn bán, làm việc, kinh doanh dịch vụ,... Các tòa nhà thường nằm ở những khu trung tâm, mật độ dân cư cao. Theo báo cáo từ các cơ quan chức năng, số vụ việc vi phạm pháp luật ngày càng có xu hướng gia tăng. Các đối tượng phạm tội ngày càng trẻ hóa. Thủ đoạn tinh vi, xảo quyệt, liều lĩnh, coi thường luật pháp.
Tòa nhà là nơi làm việc, kinh doanh, sinh sống của rất nhiều người do đó rất cần được đảm bảo an ninh, an toàn bởi lực lượng bảo vệ chuyên nghiệp.

Lưu ý:
- Hệ thống sổ sách phải ghi chép, cập nhật thông tin một cách đầy đủ và chính xác các sự việc diễn biến trong ca trực: tình trạng bình thường / không bình thường hoặc sự cố xảy ra
- Sổ trực được lưu giữ ở phòng bảo vệ khi nhân viên hết ca trực.
- Không được phép xé bất kỳ trang nào.
- Những từ viết sai phải gạch chéo một cách sạch sẽ, gọn gàng ký tên vào, sau đó viết lại chính xác.
- Mất sổ trực phải thông báo ngay lập tức.
- Các đội trưởng bảo vệ phải kiểm tra sổ trực hàng ngày hàng ngày.

Nhiệm Vụ Chính Đối Với Bảo Vệ Tòa Nhà
- Giám sát camera
- Đảm bảo hệ hống camera luôn trong tình trạng hoạt động bình thường
- Không cho người lạ, người không có phận sự vào khu vực bảo vệ
- Giám sát một cách chặt chẽ, đặc biệt lưu ý những hình ảnh bất thường
+ Nếu có người lạ lai vãng bên ngoài tòa nhà, lập tức liên hệ với đội tuần tra hoặc các vị trí khác phối hợp xử lý.
+ Nếu phát hiện khói, lửa, chập điện, lập tức tiến hành các bước nghiệp vụ phòng cháy chữa cháy trong tòa nhà.
- Các băng thu hình phải đảm bảo được lưu trữ, cẩn thận tối thiểu 60 ngày hoặc theo quy định.
- Nhiệm vụ vị trí cổng chính, sảnh tòa nhà
- Đảm bảo an ninh trật tự phía trước tòa nhà, xung quanh khu vực cổng
- Chào điều lệnh đối với Ban lãnh đạo, cán bộ tòa nhà, khách đến liên hệ công tác
- Luôn vui vẻ, sẵn sàng hỗ trợ khách hàng khi được yêu cầu
- Nhắc nhở, ngăn chặn không cho buôn bán vỉa hè, ăn xin lai vãng
- Hướng dẫn, điều tiết giao thông, đảm bảo xe lưu thông không bị tắc nghẽn
- Thực hiện quy trình nghiệp vụ kiểm soát hàng hóa ra vào
- Thực hiện quy trình nghiệp vụ kiểm soát xe ra vào
- Phối hợp với các vị trí khác xử lý tình huống kịp thời
- Nhiệm vụ vị trí tuần tra
- Đảm bảo an ninh toàn mục tiêu
- Thường xuyên tuần tra không theo lộ trình nhất định hoặc theo đúng lộ trình / trình tự / thời gian đã được quy định tùy theo yêu cầu
- Ký nhận và kiểm tra thiết bị trước khi đi tuần (bộ đàm và đèn pin).
- Kiểm tra các khu vực vành đai của tòa nhà, xem xét, điều tra nếu thấy có dấu hiệu xâm nhập hoặc hành vi phá hoại tài sản.
- Tuần tra các khu vực công cộng (hành lang, lối đi xung quanh tòa nhà, nhà vệ sinh, thang bộ…) và phòng điện, phòng máy để phát hiện kịp thời những dấu hiệu xâm phạm hay những mối nguy hại.
- Kiểm tra các thiết bị chữa cháy (Bình chữa cháy / vòi phun nước) nhằm bảo đảm chúng không bị hư hỏng.
Ghi nhận đầy đủ các thông tin tuần tra và báo cáo lại nếu có việc bất thường xảy ra.
