Đội ngũ bảo vệ của một tòa nhà cần phải đảm bảo rất nhiều những tiêu chuẩn khác nhau. Những tiêu chuẩn này cần thiết cho sự an toàn của toàn thể nhân viên đang mang mặt trong tòa nhà và toàn bộ tài sản. Dưới đây là những yếu tố có trong tiêu chuẩn này:
Đội ngũ nhân viên bảo vệ cần thực hành đúng những giải pháp nghiệp vụ theo những quy định của pháp luật.
Đảm bảo phòng ngừa,phát hiện kịp thời , ngăn chặn những hành vi trái pháp luật, vi phạm nội quy trong bảo vệ tòa nhà và văn phòng.

- Thu Nhập: dao động từ 8.000.000đ-10.000.000đ
- Có nhà đội cho nhân viên bảo vệ ở xa tòa nhà và cấp phát đồng phục miễn phí.
- Đóng BHXH và BHYT đầy đủ cho nhân viên bảo vệ.
- Thưởng Lễ Tết đầy đủ, làm ngày Lễ công được X2, X3 theo chế độ của công ty.
- Ngày ứng lương là 30 hàng tháng và ngày phát lương chậm nhất là 15 hàng tháng.
- Thời gian làm việc: làm theo ca 4h, 6h, 8h, 10h, 12h, 16h, 24h.
