Tuyển nhân viên bảo vệ toà nhà lâu dài, thời vụ

Nhằm đáp ứng nhu cầu về dịch vụ bảo vệ trên thị trường, công ty Cổ phần dịch vụ bảo vệ BSK Việt Nam xin thông báo tuyển dụng 40 nhân viên bảo vệ toà nhà tại quận tân bình tp.hcm

Ca làm việc hiện tại ở công ty gồm có 4 ca:

Ca 1 : từ 8h sáng - 8h tối
Ca 2: từ 10h sáng -10h tối
Ca 3: từ 6h tối đến 6h sáng
Ca 4: 8h tối đến 8h sáng

Nhiệm vụ bảo vệ toà nhà

Nhìn chung công việc của nhân viên bảo vệ tòa nhà không quá phức tạp, dưới đây là một số nhiệm vụ chính của bảo vệ tòa nhà.

Chịu trách nhiệm giám sát người ra vào tòa nhà để kịp thời phát hiện các trường người khả nghi đột nhập vào bên trong tòa nhà với ý đồ xấu như trộm cắp, phá hoại tài sản.

Hướng dẫn khách hàng của công ty đến đúng tầng mong muốn, thông báo cho nhân viên công ty khi có khách hàng đến.Hỗ trợ nhận bưu phẩm của nhân viên từ shipper.

Thường xuyên kiểm tra camera giám sát để kịp thời phát hiện các trường hợp khả nghi.

Thường xuyên kiểm tra các thiết bị phòng cháy chữa cháy, kiểm tra hoạt động của hệ thống phòng cháy có còn hoạt động bình thường hay không.

Kiểm tra những khu vực dễ xảy ra cháy nổ như ổ điện, máy lạnh, tivi, máy tính đề phòng hỏa hoạn xảy ra.

Chịu trách nhiệm sắp xếp xe của nhân viên trong tòa nhà, trông coi bảo quản xe của nhân viên không bị mất cắp.

Ghi phiếu giữ xe cho nhân viên trong tòa nhà, kiểm tra và soát vé xe cẩn thận khi nhân viên ra về.

Trong trường hợp mất thẻ xe thì yêu cầu nhân viên xuất trình giấy tờ chứng minh quyền sở hữu xe. Nếu không có thì buộc giữ phương tiện lại trong vòng 24h.

Khi nhân viên tan ca thì phải tuần tra các tầng, kiểm tra các thiết bị điện đã tắt hết chưa, khóa cửa cẩn thận.Luôn có thái độ niềm nở, vui vẻ với mọi người trong tòa nhà.

Khi có trường hợp người gây rối, phá hoại tài sản thì phải kịp thời ngăn cản.Ghi chép đầy đủ các thông tin ca trực, những vấn đề phát sinh, những công việc đã thực hiện, chưa thực hiện vào sổ giao ca.

Lương và chế độ đối với bảo vệ toà nhà

Đối với nhân viên bảo vệ làm việc thời vụ:

Thời gian làm việc: linh hoạt tuỳ ca 8h và 12h

Cho mượn đồng phục

Thanh toán lương ngay sau khi hoàn thành ca làm.

Đối với nhân viên bảo vệ ký hợp đồng lâu dài:

- Thu nhập : giao động từ 8.000.000đ-10.000.000đ/tháng

- Nhân viên làm việc theo ca ngày và ca đêm, công ty sẽ hỗ trợ cho nhân viên sắp xếp ca làm sao cho hợp lí

- Hỗ trợ tăng ca để tăng thêm thu nhập cho nhân viên

- Hỗ trợ cấp phát đồng phục và nhà đội ở miễn phí

- Đóng đầy đủ BHXH,BHYT,BhTN và các chế độ lễ tết, hỗ trợ ứng lương vào ngày 30 hàng tháng và phát lương vào ngày 15 hàng tháng.
